Maine Food and Beverage Education Center (MFBEC) is a 501.c.3 non-profit organization located on the campus of Maine Tasting Center in Wiscasset, Maine.  Our mission is to drive economic benefit to Maine’s community of food and beverage producers, using comprehensive public and industry facing educational programs and collaborative opportunities. MFBEC is committed to bridging the gap between the public and Maine’s small food and drink producers through a diverse array of classes, special events, and interactive exhibits designed to empower individuals to engage actively with Maine’s food systems.
